By presenting a number of case studies, Nani Jansen of MLDI will discuss current common themes in the legal prosecution of bloggers and online journalists worldwide, including criminal charges for defamation, website blocking, and even terrorism charges. How can bloggers fight back and what can civil society and activists do to help?
