Parker Higgins
Parker Higgins is an activist and blogger at the Electronic Frontier Foundation focusing on free speech and privacy issues. As EFF's primary copyright activist, he was a leader and participant in the 2012 SOPA Blackout protests. He previously served on the board of the global organization now known as the Free Culture Foundation, and as the president of its local chapter at New York University.
