Clarisse Iribagiza is HeHe’s CEO and is in charge of overseeing the implementation of the company’s overall strategy.

A computer Engineer with up to 5 years experience in Software Engineering, she co-founded HeHe Limited while in her 3rd year at the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology.

She is also a Think Tank member of World Entrepreneurship Forum and the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers, Kigali Chapter and actively engages in promoting tech entrepreneurship through the iHills, Rwanda’s youth ICT association which she helped start up and is the current vice president as well as the Girls in ICT network.  

Clarisse is the inaugural winner of the Inspire Africa Entrepreneurship reality TV show (2012) that brought together 24 young brilliant minds from East Africa to compete in the Apprentice-like TV show that saw her walk away with 50,000USD of business growth capital.
