Head of the public-value-centre of expertise at the Austrian Broadcasting association (ORF). He is responsible for the broadcaster’s quality control system, including internal and external evaluation, audience and experts-panels. He manages communications, including the Public Value Report and the platform zukunft.orf.at. Dr. Klaus Unterberger is a member of the ORF Board of Ethics, supervising the ORF code of conduct.

Klaus Unterberger has been a staff-member of the ORF since 1982, where he acted as an editorial journalist in the realm of TV and information. He graduated from the University of Vienna, at the Institute for Government and Political Science.
